hi! yes, the college application season was stressful and hard but i found that making sure i never procrastinated my work really helped with stress. I always tried to get my applications done early!

Congrats on UMICH!! I really want to go to UMICH but I am kind of an average student, 3.5, 1000 SAT its very unlikely I would even get in but yeah if you could let me know your stats and advice maybe I am a Junior and I plan on applying in state because my parents won't let me leave Michigan :,) but yeah congrats!! Maybe Michigan state could be a backup plan lol thanks!! Also my parents are strict but would you recommend to at least try applying out of state? Because there are not too many great options in Michigan!! I don't know I think you live in Michigan because of the two Michigan colleges but if you have advice for that as well!! Sorry last thing are you paying full tuition for college because I hope to go at a reduced price any advice for scholarships thank you so much!! Sorry for all of the questions!!

hi! i had a 3.9 unweighted gpa when i applied and a 1400 superscore sat. I would recommend applying to one or two out of state schools since you never know what could happen! Also, I am paying full tuition for college so I don't have any advice on scholarships, sorry!! The college process is really unpredictable, but it really matters what sort of mindset you go into when applying. I wish you luck!

I didn't interview for any of these schools :) I had the opportunity for Northwestern but decided not too.. I would recommend taking all opportunities to interview but I had really bad anxiety about it lol

Hello! I had some questions about umich. I was planning on applying to Ross through LSA, but I'm not completely sure what that means for my major. If I applied through LSA, would my major be my ross major (business major) or a completely separate LSA major? Also, I was wondering if you sent your SAT score to umich. Congrats on all the acceptances!

hi! so when you're filling out the common app application you have the option to put your major as "preferred admission" to ross. so, techinically you would be applying to LSA under a "undecided" major and write your essays and stuff about Ross. After you get accepted to LSA, Ross board will review your file and then accept/waitlist/reject. So you can still get into LSA and not Ross and go to umich if that makes sense. I got a 1400 superscore and I submitted it!
