Not just Caucasian men have straight hair, not all Caucasian men have the same kind of hair style when cut. Black men’s hair can be shaved close to the scalp, so can a Caucasian male, the front of their hairline can be cut in that square shape, if they want to. Anyone on Earth can cut their hair any way they want. No. It’s up the guy, no matter what skin tone they have, to tell the barber how they want their hair cut and style. Barbers don’t take control and tell their customer what they think is right for them since a lot of barbers are also Caucasian, they are getting paid to service their customers. If a barber did force that one kind of haircut, then every guy who’s Caucasian, would all have the same haircut and that would look just stupid lol

Let me help you with the styling bro. Sea salt spray first, then blow dry and use a skinny round brush to create the swoop in the front, then finish with the clay and maybe a lil hairspray. That's the cheat code for styling straight hair

Sea salt spray with texture powder combo would have gave it that look you wanted to go for textured fringe look an way lighter than pomade you settled on this one great cut tho but when your styling with the right product definitely can make the hair do what you want it to false info

one time i gave a white guy a skin fade into a 2 on top and i gave him a subtle line up - nothin too sharp just tidied up some baby hairs ... he hated it 😅 he said i made him look like a black guy lol i learned my lesson on that one that white guys don't want a line up for real.
