In today's video I am going to show you some Real Estate in College Grove TN. I am going to take you on a tour through the 6 neighborhoods in College Grove TN which are Mcdaniel Estates, Mcdaniel Farms, Falls Grove, The Grove, Troubadour, and Vineyard Valley.
College Grove Tennessee is located south of Nashville, TN by about 30-45 minutes. It is located in Williamson County right off of highway 840. College Grove does not have a lot of neighborhoods or commercial development which makes it much more appealing to many people. In fact there are some pretty big road blocks for developers so it is likely to stay that way for quite some time.
If you are moving to Tennessee and want to live somewhere peaceful, quiet, and beautiful then College Grove just might be the perfect place for you.

The rule of preserving the rural areas is pretty much a valid and good reason though. Excellent breakdown and insights!

Yeah, I think that was a pretty tough decision for them to make. It made a lot of people upset because they had plans to develop their land and make a lot of money but it also made a lot of people happy because the land was getting preserved and there wouldn’t be a ton of homes everywhere.
