That’s not actually the origin of the word rap, rap is an old english word that means talk/chat. People often think that its called rap meaning Rhythm And Poetry but its not true.

NF has such soul. In concert as he sang about being there as his mother OD-ed in the middle of his song he couldn't finish. He fell to his knees and just started to bawl. He kept apologizing over and over but the audience just applauded. People shouting "you got this" and "take your time" it was amazing to see. Seriously. This was 2 years ago.

I can't think of a single musician whom I want to see make it more than NF. I'm not all all religious, though I used to be, but his lyricism and the way that he conveys his message is truly greater than any young artists that I've seen come before him. Nathan seems like a genuinely good person, who had a really rough start, just like many of us.

I remember seeing this when I was 16 I’m now (20) I heard about nf through a friend when I was 15 and let me tell you I’ve been a fan for so long his music is not forgettable as that guy said NF has mentally helped me and has shown me that we all go through things and it’s better to deal with them than to “bottle it up” can’t wait to hear his new album “HOPE”

My favorite thing about NF (that puts him in on my top 2) is the fact that he has emotion. He doesn't just rap about drugs, money, and he doesn't cuss at all. The emotion in his music makes me cry everytime I hear some of his music (especially in his new single happy).

I like how he says that it's nothing there to make it "stick" when he listened to "NO NAME". yet I recall him saying that he loves "mumble-rap". I mean..someone mumbling SURELY is easier to forget than someone making impact & having meaning behind his words. My opinion that is.
