Hey guys. Unc has informed us that all of our classes are completely remote because of the increase covid cases. They had extended housing cancellation, which means that if a student wants to cancel their housing, they are not going to charge them. UNC has not made a final decision that kicks all of us off of campus.

Hey guys! Here are some tips for move in day! 1. Bring a dollie to put heavier items (fridge, bins, etc) on. The campus does not provide one. 2. Bring a lanyard with clips on it so that you can put your key & the fob on it. DO NOT LOSE YOUR KEYS OR FOB BC YOU’LL HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW ONES 3. Dress for the heat. Wear comfortable clothes bc moving is TIRING! Wear shoes that cover your toes bc sometimes items be dropping, and you don’t want it to land on your feet 4. Bring a large enough move in team to get the work down quicker 5. Don’t listen to the 45 mins parking rule 😭 it takes longer than 45 mins to unload everything

Aww... Girls!! Hinton James was my daughter dorm 7th floor at front of the basketball place 4 years ago. Hope you enjoyed you enjoy Hinton James and the bad there is the elevators are broken all the time. The good thing is the basketball games you can hear the screaming from Hinton James!! But them my daughter stayed in KENAN... and we love that place the floors and rooms are pretty! We recommend... I stopped dorming after freshman year due to mental health issues/cost and sometimes I wish I could move in a dorm again and just feel that excitement. I didn’t appreciate it back then because I wasn’t ready to move but I’m already a junior and I go to a very non-traditional school in nyc + I’m online bc of corona so I guess I gotta move on😂 good luck w your school year and hopefully everyone stays safe during this time. Very, very nice. The type of white rug you have and if you take your shoes off should stay clean. I have a small version to throw in the wash with bleach to keep it always fresh. Because it is white, I only use in the summer, and switch for fall, winter, spring.
