Watching your videos for about 6 month now, I use to see and read your tweets awhile back. I was skeptical about Remote Work especially being based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. With the recent innovation and government changes happening in my country It's giving me the confidence to persue the coming years on building in public and contributing on opensource projects as a designer/ developer. Glad I discovered your channel.

Truth! No pay after placement program can help if you can't help yourself. I have seen people coming from non-technical background, joining pay after placement programs and getting jobs while BTech CS students who are in those program aren't getting placed. It's all skills, nothing else.

Although since past few months after graduation I was on the path of doing whatever Kunal said, watching this video reminded me to stay focused and continue on whatever ambitions I am aiming for and stay away from the negative influences around. Thanks Kunal.

I am taking privilege to add few things- When you wake up, it's morning! Just take technical skill with any one language & work upon it. Make projects, build resume, build job searching profiles, get few years of working experience & get stamp of professional at your profile. That's it. There is one more thing I want to add, the quote from Bruce lee- "I fear not the man who practices 10,000 kicks once, I fear the man who practiced one kick 10,000 times." So don't focus on too many things. Just sharp one thing at a time, get safe side then you are good to go for any harder things. Nothing is harder when you know how take decisions wisely. All the best to those who are on the same track as @Kunal discussed above in the video 👍🏻

Hi Kunal. Just wanted to know little about the interview process. Suppose if a company ghosts you then how will come you to know where you actually lacked? Because there are companies who don't provide feedbacks and unnecessary if we do not match their skills/requirements then they straight forwardly mail us by stating that they have a found a better candidate than you. But doubts gets occured like okay we understand you might have found the better candidate but under what circumstances? Like what things I really needed to act upon? These questions come into our Mind when someone don't valuable feedbacks to those candidates.
