This is so small but I appreciate you filming with natural skin!! I still have some acne at 24 but seeing you post with not conventionally “perfect” skin that you usually see from influencers is really nice to see!

there was an upper body workout in this video lol, typically my ratio is 3:1 since i gain muscle really quickly in my upper body

Amazing ! just a tip for your acne : remove the animal protein ! I went vegan 7 years ago and my acne totally disappear 5 months after, never came back... life changing 💜feel better too

i definitely think my skin is more hormonal and stress related since i eat really clean and don't eat red meat, chicken and fish have never bothered my skin before and a plant based lifestyle just isnt for me, but that's amazing for u!! ❤️
