I’ve been a subscriber for a while and i just wanted to say you always motivate me to get my shit together and clean, eat better, work out, etc. i usually find myself stuck in a funk that i can’t get out of, but your uploads always inspire me because you’re always working to better yourself and keep yourself going! 🤩🤩🤩

Girl, listen to your dermatologist!!! They didn’t go to medical school for 4 years and then do another residency for another 4 years for you to not listen to them lmao. If you don’t like the medication, tell them and they can change it!! It’s a work a progress but honestly derms know what they’re doing!!!!!!!!

I’ve been on topical acne cream from the dermatologist for my hormonal acne for 7 years and I’ve never been happier. I get like 3 pimples a month now and therefore no more scarring/my scarring I had, has faded. Don’t give up on it!! It’s all lies!

fall for keaton is 85-90 degrees meanwhile in buffalo it's already hitting below 50 degrees, but I love the cold so I'm happy about it. it'll start snowing by the beginning of november and im kind of excited :)

Girl count those macros!!! I’m a kinesiology major (exercise science) and you are doing great! Eat what you want and what your body craves but it doesn’t hurt to be aware of how much of each macronutrient you’re consuming! Proud of you for taking care of yourself and taking ownership of your progress. Love you!
