Ya think lol. People can pretend he hasn’t lost his crazy athleticism but when you compare Duke Zion vs Zion today, it’s not even close. He’s still an amazing athlete but at Duke he was truly an athletic freak. I’ve never seen someone his size so effortlessly jump outta the gym. The dude needs to lose at least 20lbs at the very minimum

Duke Zion was wild to watch. As a Duke fan I was sick when he blew out his shoe. His revenge game against UNC was great though. His ball handling and speed for his size was severely underrated. I don’t remember which game it was but he raced an opposing guard to a loose ball about 3/4 court away and beat him to it, gathered the ball and was able to score it. I was like 😳 damn son.

@keithb1978 I'm not taking anything away from the Pelicans team, but how does his stats this season compare with the previous 2 seasons? He's been struggling with controlling his weight since his injury. But if he can find a way, there's still a high probability he'll be breaking his previous stats. But as of right now, I don't see that happening.

@@PureAwesommeness not at all. He lost 25lbs and on a tear. The whole offense changed. His stats were high previous years because they played through him only. Now we play through him,bi,cj, and trey. That's why his assists are way higher and we are winning. We are getting closer to play offs and that's why his stats are up.
