Sir ...in our state those people whose parent's annual income is more than 8 lakh ..they too have obc NCL central certificate... This is a big issue sir ..cuz 27% seat is reserved only for obc NCL ...in our state merit list there was not a single obc CL student... Even my friend whose father's income is more than 8 lakh he too have obc NCL central certificate... For this reason those obc students who are financially poor not getting any benefits

Agar kisi ke paas 11th ki marksheet nahi hai kyunki NIOS mein 11th class hi nahi hoti, NIOS mein 11th aur 12th ke syllabus ko combine karke ek hi 12th class certificate milta hai. Aise students ko MBBS ke counselling mein koi problem toh nahi aayegi, yeh bhi bata dijiye.
