Ingredients:
- 1 cup of corn flour (I used white PAN corn flour)
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (and a bit extra for the filling)
- 1 tsp of salt (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp of unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup of milk
1. Just put everything in a bowl and mix by hand until fully incorporated.
2. Make small balls and then make them flat by hand, add cheese, and then put another layer on top.
3. Form the arepas and cook them on any pan of your preference with a bit of butter (just so they don't stick).
4. Flip them when the sides are cooked and done!
These arepas are very easy to make, sooo delicious and they make the perfect breakfast 😍
