Hola Diana! Me encanta la changua es mi favorito desayuno! Para los calados me encanta comprar los calados de la marca Bimbo que vienen en una bolsa color azul. Trabajan perfecto con la changua! Gracias por la receta, me provocaste y la voy a cocinar este fin de semana.

Woke up wanting this for breakfast this morning. But you need the cheese, though I don't know what kind of cheese to use as substitute to queso doble crema.

Jack cheese or cream cheese. Neither are the twin of queso doble crema, but either one will work well in this dish.

@@lisahinton9682 Since that post I discovered Oaxaca cheese which is actually perfect for it. And it's readily available in pretty much any supermarket in my area. But thanks for the suggestions. Though I'm skeptical about using cream cheese, don't see how that would go well with it.
