Another tip: if your lines aren’t crisp, you can fill it accurately by filling the entire canvas with that color on a layer underneath. Then set your lineart to reference after that. Then select the filled layer and select “mask”. Select the newly formed white layer and fill bucket the spaces outside your lines with black. Don’t let go when you fill, slide your pencil back and forth until you see the spaces you want filled.

Oh god… okay. Sounds like a lot though it does sound like it will help me with my problem. My lines don’t get filled and it is like they aren’t fully “taking in” the color.. like my brown strokes have white around them… I guess that means they aren’t crisp? Hopefully I can figure it out.

@cakesensei93688 ай бұрын
Make sure your color fill is in active mode.
@ohkaydani8 ай бұрын
Hmm do you have another layer set to reference? Sometimes it wont do what we want it to do if there is something in selection somewhere. Otherwise, try tapping color fill again and see if that does the trick.

I bought this brush from you and I don’t know how to download it I have the file but it won’t let me import it

Hey there! Thank you! You can use this tutorial here: help.procreate.com/procreate/handbook/brushes/brushes-share When you go into Procreate and click the brush option in the upper right, there will be a +. Click on that and when the brush studio pops up tap "import" in the upper right, this will take you to your files and you can locate the brush (most likely in your recents if you just downloaded it) :)

I’m new with procreate, how do I change the opacity for the color fill?
@S4NSE5 ай бұрын
you do the color fill beneath the lineart layer, then it will look like in the video (I guess) or you edit the layer beforehand adjusting the opacity (click the N on the layer in the layers tab, you'll see)
