May be the insurance companies should stop running so many ads on TV Ads… spending millions upon millions of dollars and passing it down to the homeowners…. Every time I watch it KZfaq ad there is a Liberty Mutual Safeco selling their brand.

In 2008 Travelers booked bank and took their whole office to the Bahamas. My house insurance was raised progressively to 3 times as much as other carriers.

There’s should be laws against this kind of robbery. This is why people are homeless in Denver. They’re losing their homes or can’t pay rent. There should be laws about rent and mortgage and insurance rates.

@@twocooleetoh3128 Idgi, are you talking about Joe Biden’s oil policies? More land than the oil companies can set up drilling sites. Other than that, we don’t have national control of our energy supplies because we don’t have a nationalized energy industry. It’s privatized. So it’s more so to do with private decisions made at companies that run like dictatorships

Insurance companies should cut their marketing department spending. Liberty Mutual must be spending a mint to employ the actors, that stupid Emu and the handlers for that Emu. You pay for it all policy holders!

My insurance went from 800. To 1,100. In just one year here in Portland Oregon. (My house is worth 500k) Why is Colorado so crazy high?

Perhaps a home isn’t such a good investment after all??? Maybe we should consider switching a home to a basic necessities and stop looking at them as investments. Interest rates aside the cost of owning a home… HOA fees, property tax increases and home owners insurance… these are all costs the next person buying your home has to be able to afford as well.
