I am NOT a CZT (Certified Zentangle Teacher) nor do I intend on becoming a CZT. Although some of my art can be considered a "Zentangle" - MOST are what I call "Freeform Tangles". Although I use a lot of the same patterns, my creations are MUCH less restrictive than traditional Zentangle.

Love watching you do this on graph paper. I can tell you why you love watching things over and over. I would rather watching something I love over and over than try to watch some of the shows or movies they now have. I realized one day, especially since I started crafting and painting about 20 years ago, why I enjoy watching something over and over. I don't have to pay attention to what is going on. If you have already seen the program or movie numerous times....you can listen and know what is going on and still paint or work on your project.......at least that is my reason.

I have been watching your graph paper drawings for the past three or four hours !!! i guess you can say I am binge watching these tutorials. When I find something I like it's what I do. I binge watch my favorite shows over and over again. Criminal Minds is my favorite and Bones. I really like forensic shows and I will watch over and over and over again. Thanks for all the tutorials. I watch all of your stuff. I just got into Zentangling in November of 2018. I have always made patterns for crocheted afghans on graph paper so I have a lot of it !!! This will be something else I can add to my healthy addictions ... LOL !!!

I am a ppl fan and watch the series over and over... And I was also an x-files fan and own all those too. Maybe it is us crafty types that love their series. I need to try the graph paper drawing again. Thanks for the inspiration!

I understand the enjoyment of watching a show it moving over and over my kids hate watching things over, but I really enjoy my movies and shows. right now I am watching Angel on Netflix. for the 10 times in order. so continue to enjoy you movies and show over and over. nothing wrong with that. Also I love you drawings, love to watch them over and over. Thank you Lisa

I draw maps with graph paper just for fun and I can't stop using it! Love your designs, this could give me something else to do when I take a break from my maps. Thanks for the vid. :-)

I love your graph paper mandalas and random designs. And the floral ones are so-o-o cute! One of the non-floral ones is a Zentangle one called Tesali (the one you call Cs I think) . I will be trying them out soon!

Sorry for long post. Since you mentioned your coloring book I have a request. I purchased the book from Amz and gave to one of my elderly friends. I gave her some pens to color the drawings and also some pencils. She has not done much with it. I was thinking if you made a video with maybe you and your daughter coloring some of the sketches with conversation or music it might be inspiring to these folks to get in the spirit of coloring. She watches KZfaq videos on her TV and laptop all the time of other art forms. Just a thought. On my way to staples to buy graph paper and a box of flair pens. Flash back to 10th grade just came in my head.

Staples sucks for cost. Check Amazon. I needed some card stock. 250 ct was $22.99. Sam's warehouse.. $7.99 for the same thing.

Tiffany are you finding that using your graph paper it is thin and allowing the markers bleed? Any suggestions?

+lclara2010 I just put a piece of cardstock under the graph paper which helps a lot when I'm using Sharpie. However, in this video I'm using Papermate Flair pens which don't really bleed. I also like to use Staedtler Triplus Fineliner pens that don't bleed either.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I also use steadtler pigment liners. I have not purchased the micron liners but hope to soon. Thank you for your vids I have been watching them and purchased a Mead Cambridge writing pad that they call quad its a 1in square graph or 4 squares per in good paper and better then the average graph. Also, when you go as fast as you apparently do (smile), your pens don`t really have TIME to bleed, do they?

Ok I think I'm beginning to putting things together. By any chance are the the author/designer of an adult coloring book? I think I saw it in Michaels craft store.
