Can u please tell me why water absorbance is 0. Some value but colorimetry is only for color solution

Distilled water do not contain any amount of coloured conc. Hence no absorbance

take CuSO4 in burette & add 1,2,3,4,5&6 ml of CuSO4 to 6 different test tube. & den add 7,6,5,4,3,2 &1 ml of Distilled water resp. And add 2 ml Ammonium hydroxide to all 6 testtubes.
