Hello, this is a PSA. For my entire life I always thought I needed these fancy supplies to make art but NO. Copic markers are way too expensive, and honestly??? Copic alternatives will burn a lil hole in your pocket too if you're broke like me! So here I'm going to demonstrate the importance of crayola supertips and why they are the loves of my life!!!

Thanks for the tutorial / review , I absolutely love what you've done here! ❤️ just ordered a 100 pack of supertips although I really really bad wanted to get Tombow dual brushes or Brushmarkers / Copics, but decided to stick with my budget 💪

Hi! Do you mind linking the pen that you use for outlining? I really want to try using the crayola markers as watercolor but I don’t want anything to bleed when I’m coloring over stuff. I think you said the name in the video but I’m not sure where to find it. Thank you!

Can you dip the tip in water to make a gradient from light to dark?

RainChains4Less sadly i’ve had no luck with it :( when i do that it kind of like sucks the color away for a bit because the tip fills with water or something. the color comes back eventually but i’ve never been successful with it

i use tombow fudenosuke, but i’m genuinely unsure if it’s oil based or not. i use it with water based mediums all the time tho! and thank you!!💜💜💜

hmmm i would guess it wouldn’t work the best since most coloring book paper is super thin :( if you try it, be super light handed with the water first to see how the paper reacts.

Hi, any idea what happens when you spray krylon uv archival or another non yellowing or archival spray on drawing with supertips? Does the paint dissolve?

ive sprayed archival on drawings with supertips before and had no issues, i would say do a test first, because each marker reacts differently depending on the color 👍

hello!! i was just wondering, besides crayola supertips, what other alternatives do you recommend??? esp alternatives that may be used for coloring and journaling,,,, btw, your art is very pretty!! :>>

aww thank you! 💜 honestly, I don't have any other cheap alternatives. these markers are so cheap and I use them so often, I don't really seek out any alternatives. I really enjoy tombow brush markers, but those are much more expensive 😭
