The Dying Light series is well known for being home to dozens of secret easter egg items, also known as developer blueprints. These items are by no means intended to be the main focus of the game... but what if they were? Is it possible to survive the Dying Light 2 apocalypse by relying solely on secret miscellaneous items with wildcard effects? That's what we're about to find out!
Challenge rules:
- You can ONLY attack with developer items
- No duplication glitches
- No co-op

They're way better than some KZfaqrs who do stuff like Stardew Valley without leveling up then doing a cop-out of doing multiplayer to bypass leveling up entirely all the way 40+ minutes in

the devloper charm add 500 durability everytime used and it has infinite uses so it really helps

I used it to repair the shocker before the final boss fight 😁 Just didn't feel worth showing since you only get it near the end of the game

Yo i had no idea you were a fan of my channel, that's awesome mang! I've watched some of your videos over the years and thought your "Max level in the prologue" video on Dead Island was pretty cool. Nice to see you're getting into gaming challenges too! Personally i hate my own voice and i don't wanna watch my own videos so it would be nice to see you tackle some challenges in these games. Whether it be new challenges or challenges i've already covered, i'd love to see someone else's perspective on those challenges! Ayyy it's the man himself! Cheers mate! Funny you should mention that, my good friend CrayfishTheArrowed and I have been recording some Dead Island challenge videos for a while now. Guns only, dev weapons only, throwables etc. (I'm just too lazy to edit mine lol) and in fact, I'm working on a pacifist run video for Dead Island very soon but it works much better in co-op. I love the left hand of gloVa purely because one funny gun hand and also because of how human death works cause you can pretty much obe shot because of fall damage but also if there bodies land in unstandable areas like if they rag dolled too hard with a wall with placed items that will break their characters limbs

you could’ve technically used the two weapons in the dev room where you get the korek charm. mostly the magic stick. its a common rarity spiked bat with paint on it and it has 3 mod slots. and it has 80 durability. the damage is dependant to your level i think

On my first play through I made the 2 goons blow themselves up. I stood next to the piles of explosive canisters and right as they starter to slamm I dodged once and sprinted hard. Took a couple times to get em but yea I had run out of arrows.

i got the korek charm way before the tower, the funny part is i stumbled in to the dev room after doing the cable challenge. i almost missed the korek but luckely i watched a youtube clip and got it.

Ahhh you said the phrase that makes me sad. Dead Island. 😔 God I miss that series so much. For some reason I enjoyed it MUCH more than Dying Light. Maybe cause it was tropical and sunny and not cluttered and open. Damn I miss it so much. I played both of them probably a dozen times each.

i get this kinda doesnt have anything to do with the video but im having a problem in dl2 where, dont ask my why but i closed the game while choosing a faction for a water tower and now my game wont load, like im just stuck on the loading screen forever and this was on my main save with 100+ hours :( but i did have an idea for a challenge while doing the water tower, can you beat dying light 2 with only uv, i get itd be impossible because of human enemies unless maybe we allow the infection throwing knives so you could turn them into zombies and then uv them, it would probably be impossible for the tutorial sections though, although challenge videos seem to always get out of seemingly impossible scenarios
