I have to attempt to make a balloon arch for my niece's prom on the 4th of June. I will be practicing this weekend with some balloons from the dollar store. I have watched at LEAST 25 videos and YOURS is the BEST by far!!! Thank you for your tutorial, I really think I can pull a basic arch off now.
