In this video, I am trying a new format, please let me know if you like it or if you prefer the usual format where I record and speak at the same time.
Here, I am taking you through the books I want to colour in this February. It’s a lot of them and it’s a short month, so I am sure I will not get to start (nor finish) everything, but that’s okay. I had so much fun just browsing through all these pages and letting myself get inspired.
During the video, on the page from Diane Dufour's book, I mention Elm Colors' channel, which you can find here: ‪@Elmcolors‬. She inspired me to use Derwent Inktense pencils in this colouring book, and I hope to use her tutorial to get me started.

Why this channel?
When I was in secondary school, the subject I got consistently low grades in was art class.
I made it mean I was not good enough: I lacked talent and I'd better look for something else to do with my life because painting was not going to be it for me.
Decades later, after taking a completely different career path, I am giving myself the chance to learn art again. Colouring, drawing, painting, sketching and illustrating. I’m trying them all.
