Vinay you are amazing. Nice of you to showcase your dad/master. Your humble manner is greatly appreciated. I have been following you for almost a year and have tried your tomato rasam. I am a huge gardner and grow variety of tomatoes. Your method is fantastic and I make your rasam in huge quantities and ‘can’ them for future use. I live in USA, so those canned rasam would taste even better in winter months and I have no fresh tomatoes. And it is ready to eat… just open the jar, microwave and enjoy…..
