Ingredients for Rava Idli :
Ghee - 3 Tbsp
Mustard - 1tbsp
Urad dall - 1 tbsp
Gram Dall - 1 tbsp
Choped Green Chilli - 2 nos
Asafoetida - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Medium Sooji \ Rava ( Bombay Rava ) - 2 cup (300 grams )
Dill Leaves - 2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Butter Milk - 4 cup
Cashews nut
Grated Carrot
Grated Ginger
Sliced Tomato
salt
Vegetable Saagu Recipe
Ingredients :
Masala :
cinnaman - 2 nos
lavanga - 3 nos
cardamom - 2 nos
fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
coconut - Half ( 1 small cup )
roasted gram (3 tbsp)
curry leaves
green chilli - 4
jeera - 1 tbsp
mint leaves
coriander leaves
Ghee or Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Onion- 1 no
Beans - 1/2 cup
Potato- 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1/2cup
Tomato - 1no
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water
