Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for Chana Masala
1.Kabul Channa - 250 grams
2.Salt - 1 Tsp
3.Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
4.Oil - 4 Tsp
5. Tea Powder - 1 Tsp
6.Onion - 2 No's
7.Channa/Chole Masala - 1.5 Tsp
8.Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
9.Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp
10.Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
11.Potato - 1 no
12.Cinnamon - small piece
13.Cloves - 4 No's
14.Ghee
15.Ginger Paste - 1/2 Tsp
16.Garlic paste - 1 Tsp
17.Tomato - 3 No's
18Chat Powder - 1/2 Tsp
19. Green Chilli - 2
20. Garam masala - 1.5 Tsp
21.Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
