He wouldn't stop. He would want #3 and then #4 and so on as well. Finaly he would grab your 653489. So you'd better not give him ideas.

Wow!!! You folks probably have sold the most iconic firearms ever known to man. Every time I think you've reached the pinnacle of firearm collecting, you unearth, so to speak, some other incredibly rare specimens. In my perfect world, some ultra incredibly wealthy person would purchase all the best of the best and the rarest of the rare, and put them all together in a museum. A museum open to the public, to be able to see and marvel at all the finest arms the world has known. I can dream can't I?

Deadhorse, you know, I know you know), that there have been a few VERY skilled gunsmiths and metal workers that have done awesome reworks on these Colts,,(Tommy H. for one) and this is why they are such a risky gun to spend big money on. I have invested and collected another Cav. side arm that does not attract the scammers nearly as much as Colt and when I do acquire it is one that has honest use and wear, but still 100% correct. :)

@RockIslandAuctionCompany
@RockIslandAuctionCompany 4 жыл бұрын
Maybe not rare, but the fact that it's a very early production (1874), an antique, and a blackpowder frame are all things very desirable to collectors. Additionally, the value will vary quite a bit dependent on things like its condition, originality, provenance, and any special order features.

I think the guns are great , but I think you should cut down on the wide angle shots and just do descriptions dubbed over close-ups on the guns . I am not a person who has to have somebody tell me how awesome something is , could you just let the guns sell themselves ? .. these videos are good but they could be great . BTW , That guy isn't good looking enough for so many close-ups anyway ( kidding now ) .
