Exactly! They’re not a 3-4 team talent wise. Talent wise they’re about a 5-2 ball club. They just had a bad luck combo of key injuries and an harder early schedule.

Choosing PI over letting one WR have a monster game it seems. Pittman would've had a ridiculous stat-line if they had just let him catch those 2 deep TDs instead of cause a Pass Interference call. Their DBs have gotta tighten up and not allow WRs to be that wide open, so they don't put themselves in those situations where they HAVE to PI in order to not give up a TD.

Colts shot themselves in the foot? The 49ers shot themselves in the femoral artery with all the defensive Pass Interference penalties. If we hadn't given the Colts 3 or 4 of those penalties, they wouldn't have won this game. 3 of their four TD's came off those penalties. Take those away, and it's 12-18 with the 49ers on top. Good lord, the 49ers sucked this time around on Defense. Especially those corners.
