Rarely any pay full tuition. The govt and charities and individual donors and corporations fund the university to allow minorities a free education. Some go there for the hype but this hiring at corporations can tell you that it's not a great education and they don't hire from their as first choices. That's why many don't get ivy jobs after graduation. Not really corporate material types.
