hii sir...i have seen you all videos for both substitution method as well as for Transposition method ... My Question is ... your key is only encrypting messages not decrypting decrypting them .... i think eirther key is wrong or the Mesg entered is wrong ..... clear you statement sir ....... Decryption plays an important role as per as the security is concerned .... your key is only upto encryption Thank you

i think this reply is too late but see the key in decryption is used to arrange ciphertext in that give size matrix with respect to the key value and yaa it arrange column vise and next we get plain text by reading it row vise i hope this help you correct me if i am wrong
