Hi Damian! You can grind in all ranges from Turkish coffee to cold brew. I ground 15 clicks on the first try, but it was too fine. I think 17 clicks would be suitable for Sage Barista Express. I discovered the hidden flavors inside coffee beans! This was an exciting experience, you will see it in many videos. 😍

Hi, i am looking to purchase either C60, M47 Kinu, Etz Ihand, with those 3. Your personal opinion for easy to use and set up to make V60. Which would you go. I am used to bought grinded beans. Thanks!

Hi 🙌 you can grind coffee beans for great brews with all of the hand grinders you mentioned. The Comandante C60 Baracuda hasn't even been released yet, so if you have some time for it, wait for the grinder to be reviewed by the baristas. While the name of the other products you mentioned is mentioned together with Comandante C40, the New C60 hand grinder can be in a completely different class. I'm sure this grinder is a real beast, but I don't own other grinders so I can't compare.🖤

I returned my c40 because of an issue with wood and stuff. Was waiting months, but because comandante can't deliver in time I went with timemore c3esp. Looking at the price of this overpriced grinder now I don't think I miss anything 😂

It's sad that you had a bad experience. The price has not been stated in an official statement, but it is certain that it will make a name for itself as the most expensive hand grinder. 🙂

The Comandante will make better coffee across all brewing methods but the price difference may be more important to you.

Ahmet bey, çok güzel duruyor gerçekten iyi günlerde kullanın. Sage Bambino makinemin yanına almayı düşünüyorum. Espresso inceliğinde öğütebilmek için 1zpresso kmax gibi bir öğütücü yerine c60 tercih edilebilir mi?

Merhaba, teşekkür ederim Engin bey. 1zpresso değirmenlerinin iyi öğüttüğünü biliyorum fakat hiç kullanma fırsatım olmadı. Comandante c60 ürününü görmemiş olsaydım 1zpresso K-Ultra almayı istiyordum. Aralarındaki fiyat farkı 2 kat olabilir fakat öğütücü kalitesi aynı oranda fark etmez 😊 1zpresso fiyat performans açısından daha verimli olabilir 🙌🏻

Ben de Timemore Chestnut X Lite kullanıyorum fakat daha kalın öğütme odaklı olduğundan dolayı espresso için ikinci öğütücü arayışına girdim, 1zpresso ilgimi çekmişti. Özellikle fiyatı ve performansı çok dengeli gelmişti. Fakat her ne kadar f/p ürünü olmasa da Comandante c60 pek fazla ilgimi çekiyor, muhtemelen hevesime yenik düşerek c60'ı tercih edeceğim gibi duruyor :)

was it hard to grind? what is the effort level?

Grinding with large burrs requires more effort. The long crank handle makes the work a little easier, but it is still difficult to grind light roast coffee beans.

At a coffee festival I noticed that the local Comandante distributor was selling a few of this product and I immediately purchased one. It was produced in very small quantities to be sold at festivals and I have one of them. 🙌
