@KodiHammon no, but old t90 should feel like t80 post change. But all they've done is change it for the top 1%. The other 99% won't feel any difference and are just getting a nerf to necro. Why do they never balance it for the bottom 20%. Make it accessible, not sweaty. Doing it wrong constantly.

@@shauns28 don’t think there is a video because it is a recent issue. I thought I was the only one with that issue. Also with the flame curtain Zuk does during waves, the particles that fall from the sky are invisible.

@@arthurzeth6020 Maybe Jagex should try an experiment. Remove revolution and legacy for an unannounced period of time (at least two months). For the purpose of determining what type of impact it has on its player base and revenue. At the very least players that choose (for whatever reason) to use revo or legacy should pay less for membership as their choice of gameplay gives less results.

Afaik they still want to give the FSOA a passive, but couldn't get something they liked in time for this update.

Revolution will NEVER be equal to full manual. The keyboard wizards will never allow it. The only way Jagex will equalize playing styles is if all the revolution users quit at the same time. At the very least revolution users should pay less for membership.

You would have eventually 'wasted' that time getting that skill to 120 anyway. Unless you want to boldly state that you'd never have done that and gotten the relevant achievements and rewards if that increased crit damage wasn't a reward.

@@Jason-kp4vcI wouldn't have prioritized getting a further 87million xp in the skill without there being an actual incentive to do so no. I could have easily maxed combat in that period of time or finished off multiple 99s that I actually want to achieve.

@@Jason-kp4vcLevels still give more damage. as of monday, it does not matter whether you have 99 magic or 80+19 (from potions) magic. It yields the same damage value. Before you actually did more damage (DPL) if the levels were boosted, which was unintuitive. That loss of damage was accounted for by adjusting the average damage of most abilities. It mostly affected multi-hits (especially bleeds), so those were corrected more. To cite the devs: "Removed damage per level granted by boosting Melee (Strength), Ranged and Magic stats. Note: Potions will still boost accuracy and damage, however it won't be done via two different systems. Ability damage ranges have been rebalanced to account for the loss of DPL (damage per level)."

@@SmithCommaBenjaminNot everything has 100% accuracy. It's changed so that if you're below 100% accuracy then you will deal less damage based on the accuracy difference. Necro also works like this, you don't miss but do less damage.
