I loved playing this game back in the golden days of Newgrounds. Who else experienced the glitch where Bowser would shoot thousands of fireballs at once and pretty much instakill Mario?

I like the how the tilte and the animation is an total reference of the 2011 flash game: Mario Combat...😅 And yes, when i read the description, i knew it was an tribute...😙

Man haven't seen this much action since the Mario power star animation. It's amazing to see Mario throwing hands instead if fire balls. Amazing Job man

Your combat animation is on point! Two things I would consider for future animations (if you haven't addressed them already) are trying parallax scrolling and more ambitious camera angles. Also, Bowser could have put up more of a fight at the end.

I counted the deaths, there was EXACTLY 70 kills! I included the bullet bills as well... The banzai bill doesn't count because it did not blow up, unlike the other 4 bullet bills!
