Learning about Muay Thai It's like a warrior's fight that can actually be used for self-defense. Muay Thai teaches discipline. Have good sportsmanship and respect for your opponent. On the field is competition, but off the field we are friends. Muay Thai is a beautiful thing in the way of men 👍❤

I'm attracted to the humble, passionate communal training culture of Thailand's Muy Thai gyms, open indoor-outdoor spaces with high ceilings, and variety of training and classes. But I'm a juggler. Would I be welcomed to primarily self-train at one of these gyms with my juggling equipment? Aloha!
