Learn how to combine two images in Cricut Design Space to create your own layered cardstock designs!
This video shows how to take a three-layer, three-colour graphic (the American flag) and place it inside of another image (a shark) and then process each layer to make it suitable for a cardstock design.

Hi Sarah thank you for making these videos and i especially like the advanced ones. Would you tell me the name of the glue you used? I like that thin applicator can get anywhere!

I use Collall glue which is available in the UK. Other great glues more available in the USA are Bearly Art Glue and Art Glitter Glue. The glue comes in a big bottle so I also get needle tip applicator bottles on Amazon to put it into so it's easier to use.

I remember I use to just put a image on top n slice but with a flag is different don't know why

Slice can only be used for two layers at a time, but we are using a flag image that's three colours/layers so there are a few more steps.

Thank u is their flags that can be sliced like other images that have lots of colors ? Thank u for responding

@@idadejesus931 I'm not quite sure what you are asking. If it's multiple colours, that means it will be multiple layers, so you will need to slice in stages. I'll be uploading a different video later today on how to slice for vinyl rather than cardstock which might be more what you are looking for?

The reason there are so many steps for this video is because I'm making it into a layered cardstock image and I want to keep the whole shape of the shark outline on all the layers to create the same depth all the way around the image for when the final black outline is applied.
