My issue with this segment is history is mixed into this. Gary Neville over his career won 8 Prem's but at the time of the 99 Treble he was at 3. Judging the players of United based on their entire careers but judging City players on their active careers. perfect example was Walker giving him 'minus points' because he hasn't won 8 prem's but he is currently at 5, 2 more than Neville was at the time of the Treble possibility. ??

The hardest thing about this is that you are comparing a team that had its legacy cemented against one that is still growing. Yes we are comparing individual seasons but we all put the players in perspective of their careers when talking about how good they are.

Guardiola won the league with Barcelona B, then won the sextuple in his first year with Barcelona (who finished 3rd and trophyless before he joined).

Carra said, and rightfully so, that Giggs had 3 goals and 2 assists that season. Grealish have far more. Based on that specific season, I reckon Grealish gets in.

Peps the only manager that can be criticised for being literally that good, that he doesn’t have to accept a job at an unsuccessful club.. so what if he’s not done it with a lower club, he’s the best manager in the world why would he join a team who can’t match his standards

Yorke got 48 goal contributions in 52 games in that 98/99 season nearly the same as Haaland this season. Anyone that doesn't put Yorke in the team is having a shocker
