Everyone has both masculine & feminine energy. A woman that possesses more masculine energy is a go getter (assertive) they make bold moves they are more action driven, even the way they dress (more comfortable) a little more guarded or very passionate. A woman that possesses more feminine energy is very nurturing, can be more emotional or compassionate or overly sensitive. Locs dont define your femininity your INNERGY does. If you're basing your decisions if people's perception of you. It's time to do energy work because that's a sign of lack of self.

I have no idea how people comb them out so fast. I take 1-2 hours per loc and I have a 100 of them. This is a task 😱

I combed out my locks in 2016..I was 6yrs locked..they were medium traditional..couldn't manage the loose hair life..relocked after a year with medium size micro locks..started missing my old locks because they were so pretty and I wasn't combing my loose hair, I kept putting it in the same updo fro everyday so I got bored and my hair kept tangling..never stopped pining till I relocked loool ..never combing mine out again..it was fun combing them out though and it was soo fun seeing my hair in it's loose state and experimenting..that's just not my jam..I struggle with loose hair..enjoy your journey..my current set is 4yrs ..

Damn once I seen your locs, I was like "Wow! Her locs look just like mine!" Our texture is very similar and how they're forming are VERY similar. Got the same sized locs too. And they different sizes in different areas like your too.

You were beautiful with or without the locs...i never see myself as lookn like a boy..i keep my edges done, I rarely wear them a down i usually do half up half down with edges done and baby hairs laid...i love them 2 death, im 5 years in yet they look like people who had theirs 7 years cause i free formed mine too and i didnt start real short!! Mine are long and im obsessed now with wondering how long my hair wud be if i combed them out. Then im scared i will miss them lol!! I've had my locs for 9 years finna be 10 next month. I have had them since I was 8 years old since, I'm going into the military after high school Imma cut or combthem off since they reach down to my butt. It's gonna be a sad sight to see but aye at least I can try new styles.

im like 15 months into my set. i combed them out and restarted them in the first 3 or 4 months and it was hard and i only have like 40 ish locks. took me 2 nights but i couldnt imagine going through that again. If or when the time comes i will be letting my barber give me a nice Nas fade. Is the stress on the hair worth the process though?
