Dr. Dustin Sulak is a traditional osteopathic physician and expert in integrative medicine. His clinical practice in Maine focuses on treating refractory conditions in adults and children. Dr. Sulak is an internationally-renowned expert in medical cannabis, the author of Handbook of Cannabis for Clinicians: Principles and Practice, and co-founder of Healer, a medical cannabis education resource and products company. I’m a 65 year old man, I have full medical coverage and a primary care, as a patient suffered from osteoarthritis and neuropathy. I’ve used the pharmaceutical approach for years before finding cannabis, discovered that this plant treated my symptoms. Rather than using several different pharmaceutical I’ve discovered amazing benefits from pain and inflammation and able to function daily on a normal basis! Unfortunately I’ve had to work out what works and it’s is an arduous process! Trial and error for a couple of years! Found CBD work for the inflammation but not for the pain of neuropathy, only when combined with THC, Doing great now and surprised that the medical community hasn’t gotten on board in a major sense! Appreciate that a group of clinicians like you gentlemen are willing to develop this approach.

Question on the whole plant extract for full cannabanoid profile. Can that be achieved for dry smoke with leaving more sugar leaves?

I just know it’s gonna be a little harsh with that extra biomass, better to make FSO with sugar leaf or infuse with coconut oil, gonna be very planty/earthy tasting just so ya know
