X-Men: Children of the Atom was the first of the 'Marvel' games as we now know them. But I don't think those fighting games exist any more. Lol which would make me and you play competitively and look like we at least know a little bit of what we're doing? :0)

2007suprasport Fighting games like that never existed. If you've been looking at arcades where people just mash on buttons on say, MvC2 or MvC1, or Tekken or whatever, they're just playing it wrong. Even something as simple as a generic fighting game with just 2 moves for each character can be strategic. But there's hope for anyone, this game is easy to learn compared to other fighting games, but also harder to master than other fighting games. If you could find a copy of UMvC3 and are willing to play it, there's a lot of helpful people on reddit.com/r/mvc3 Trust me, it's easy to learn a combo, even the 100% ones, the hard part is actually getting to use them.
