Am thinking of purchasing such a unit to replace the receiver I have. Used to have a subscription with Starchoice, now Shaw Cable, but they kept nickel and diming me. It went from $60 a month in 2009 up to $73 a month in 4 years. Would like to keep the dish aimed at the current satellite and hoping this receiver might detect channels that are free.

The capacitor is located near to the Power Supply Chip (DK112). My unit's capacitor was badly damaged and i need to replace it but i can't see the info. Thanks in advanced.

Hi I have the same model and I have KZfaq, Just go to the end Icon and select Wifi but try and Buy a good Wifi dongle it does not have to be the one with a aerial it can be the slim line ones, once you on the wifi select online Apps and it will open KZfaq for you.Works well.

Hi @benny Roger, just yesterday i receive my package from china with a new version of this receiver. it has not include a dongle or antena wifi but firmware indicate i can use a usb card model mt7601. I am lookinfor the 4 digit password for change biss codes because 0000 doesnt work, i am pointint to satellite 58w in C band and works great for fta hd channels. i'll trai with 9878. there is a list with that codes? tnks.

Boa noite esse recptor funciona para os satélites aqui do Brasil ? Exemplo: 70w + 61w ou 63w se funciona tanto só por via satelite SKS ou apenas IKS Satelite + Internet. Obrigado pela atenção vídeo ótimo!

@@@LifeKaki Dzięki za odpowiedź. W tej chwili zwróciłem uwagę, że ten film jest z 2017 roku. Zatem pewnie wyszły już jakieś nowsze wersje tego tunera, które są z Linuxem i możliwością dogrywania pewnych rzeczy. Tak więc dziękuję jeszcze raz. Trzymaj się. P.S. Fajny kanał.
