To improve the memory, you need to relax the mind. Then study again. It's all about have a will to study and the ability to study. This sound only relax your concentration and heals it. But to improve the memory is always up to your efforts in studies.

Will do. Pat made a Covid guitar out of bits and pieces eg a table leg and a kitchen cupboard door. He’s really pleased with it! Now he’s got around 40 of them so he’s been playing them, recording music as well as writing his books. But like you we really want to travel again!

Great video the Philippines looks so nice definitely on my bucket list love the corals and fish it's so nice to see a different world in the ocean its relaxing
