She’s beautiful, and I love her name because it’s classic! I had my first baby in 2022, and I pushed for 2.5 hours, so I understand the difficulty and frustration. I’ve been told that the pushing gets quicker with each additional baby.

Yay!! 🎉Congratulations you guys! I had a lot of problems breast feeding for the same reason and the pumps these days are awesome so I ended up pumping a lot so I wasn’t engorged but warm showers helped w that and I did have post pardum eclampsia, ICU for 4 days on a magnesium sulfate drip, blood pressure meds, and benzodiazepines so my seizures were under control. Some nights I cried n cried and then…THE POST PARDUM DEPRESSION HIT! So be as careful as you can with that and reach out for help. You guys are going to be such amazing parents! ❤

Congrats! I definitely couldn't talk on our drive to the birth center but we found out when we got there that I was already at a 10. My body was pushing involuntarily on the drive there and I almost refused to get out of the car. My husband and midwife worked together to get me to the tub and our daughter was born 20 minutes later. It was wild.

Awww...she is so precious! Great job mama! That is a long pushing time! I had three by C-section because they were 7 lb babies and my pelvis just does not spread to let them deliver. I am so happy that you were able to push her out. It would be so sweet if she has her daddy's dimples. My granddaughter got her daddy's sweet dimples. Continue the team work for the next 24 years together. That is the best way to parent.
