I love Donna's piecing tutorials but the thing I appreciate even more about your videos in particular is showing the machine quilting. Choosing the thread color and design is something you don't often find on other quilting tutorials, and watching that machine work it's magic is so mesmerizing! I am guilty of sometimes just skipping to the end to watch the quilting. Keep up the good work Jordan Fabrics! ❤️

I’m experimenting with this pattern….i wanted a larger quilt WITHOUT adding blocks. I decided, instead of cutting the blocks 4.5” & I found that I could cut the blocks 5.5” & I will adjust the borders to compensate for the larger blocks. There are MANY of the quilts that you have made videos on, but this one is TRULY one of my favourites! Thank you for all of your hard work to create these videos

The "give away" quilt reminds me of the sunflower supporting the Ukraine's efforts to remain a free country! Would be wonderful to win that! LOVE today's tutorial as I am an "addict" to William Morris fabrics! Thought it was going to be hard to make but Donna always works her "magic" and makes it simple to understand!

Love the choice of fabric Donba made for this quilt, it's beautiful. Donba every time you make a quilt, iether the pattern or the fabrics make me think "that would be nice for one of my family". If only I could have mine quilted on a longarm but it's too expensive here so I usually do straight or wiggly lines to finish mine. Thanks for sharing your inspiration and knowledge. 💐👏

Toni, great idea! BTW, if you don't have the "Strip Tube Ruler by Cozy Quilts", it's a must have! I have the larger size (it does everything in smaller & larger HST's vs. the smaller ruler).

The fabrics are amazing, colors perfect and the fabric patterns are so Art Nouveau - they remind me of Aubrey Beardsley's work. I never thought they would work together but they absolutely do - and the quilting pattern just added another dimension perfectly. This is one of the prettiest quilts that you have made! I am blown away at how it turned out because I was unimpressed at the choice of fabrics when this video first started. Boy, was I wrong! The pieced border really did the trick, changing a so-so quilt into a show- stopper! You are a master at paring fabric collections with quilt patterns. Thank you for sharing each week!

Thank you, Donna. I really enjoy watching you make quilts. I first used the strip tube ruler when I followed your tutorial for a Simplicity II quilt. It was so simple to use. Love the sunflower quilt in the giveaway. I have Earthwalker sunflower seedlings on my kitchen windowsill right now.
