This proverb comes to mind with your budget store grocery hauls 😊: (Proverbs 31:14) She is like the merchant’s ships; she bringeth her food from afar. I go to discount stores too! I buy my cleaners & paper products at Family dollar now. It really does help my budget. My sister inlaw lives lives in Northern Jersey and she said eggs are 8.99 per doz 😲

I really wish we had discount store tires around us!! You always get great deals. But gosh that’s a lot when you go! I would be exhausted by the time I shopped and then have to put everything up!! Enjoyed the video. I always like when you go shopping!

A 25kg bag of potatoes is £7 over in England where I am Even half a animal is so much cheaper here just bought a half pig for £150 already cut But I’d still love to come and shop at ur shops Great video as always

I am planning a trip to the ones in SC soon. I have been using up the stuff in the freezers to make room and then we were gifted deer meat. Now to clean out more. It's like Christmas to me going to those stores. They are 2 hours away so we go only 2 or 3 times a year. Have a great day!

That store in Asheville reminds me a lot of the old Amazing Savings stores I used to go to when I was in college in Asheville. As a college student on a budget, that place was great! I was definitely sad when I found out Amazing Savings was no more.

We're almost done studying Matthew, but I sort of stopped reading it halfway through. Before we start 1st and 2nd Peter, Ill try to read through Matthew all the way. We'll get a week break for the women's ministry I'm in. We have a small group Zoom meeting on Sundays. What's cool is we're from all over the country.

Oatmilk is good but for making things like gravy for biscuits you will want to get the unsweetened or your gravy will have a sweet taste to it. But for just cearel orginal it's ok. But I still prefer the unsweetened.

Hi Amy, Loved going thru the stores with you n w Maddie n Stephen too. You did get great buys. It was so funny when you picked up the Planters nut n chocolate trail mix at that price which was awesome and put it back, I was here saying get it Amy, get it. It’s a awesome price. Had a lot of fun after a rough morning to afternoon dentist visit…yikes! Thanks for taking my mind off of it and putting smiles on my face and laughs also. Have a fantastic and blessed day.

Oh we love " Graham cracker toffee" great cheap toffee like candy using graham crackers,butter ,brown sugar and chopped nuts. It's additive!!

The one discount store with Walnut Creek things looks like and Amish discount store. I have one here where I live and they carry the Walnut Creek items. Our Amish stores carries discount items, you have to be careful though the dates are sometimes a year expired.

Amy!!!! I want to teleport to where you live to shop and teleport home with all the goodies! A large box of Swiss Miss Stores now only carry 30 packet boxes and they are almost $6 now! that is a bargain box of Swiss Miss mix! stock up ? Excellent price on that Botan rice med grain.

I use a variety of dairy free milk my milk also has to be soy and nut free the milks I buy use pea protein instead of nut or soy protein Ripple can be found at target thrive market and online at Amazon almond milk made with pea protein oat milk flax seed milk A2 milk can be found at Walmart and many other stores my son who is allergic to redular dairy really likes this 1 it's an Australian milk I've seen momma kat she always has this in grocery hauls Chao vegan dairy free cheese is 1 of the best cheeses to use it taste great you can't tell it's vegan and dairy free

Other than egg rolls, making pizza rolls out of this wrappers works great. Just fill with cheese and pepperoni and fry up. Dip in pizza sauce or ranch.

If you are looking for pecans at a good price, Sam's Club has the best price on them. I buy them pretty much every week. They are natural and unsalted. I use them in all kinds of stuff. On a different note, I would love to see Jentzen (sorry if I misspelled your name man) get in the kitchen and learn and experiment with making dairy free foods and dairy replacements. I know you can make a parmesan cheese replacement with nuts and nutritional yeast. I myself am lactose intolerant so I know what he's going through there.

How are you doing Amy? I've been thinking about writing you again. I've got so much food. I could do the no-spend month (on food). I passed inspections today. I found a huge spider web yesterday at my windowsill. My dad sucked it up with the vacuum sweeper, a good idea. I'm still doing the same things. My uncle is taking me to Chick-fil-A tomorrow, library and grocery store. I'm going to get fried chicken for tomorrow. Should be good. I still have your Christmas card from a few years ago, with your family picture.

amy almond milk is really almond water and is good past the ''best by'' date and the same for the tin can foods thats just the last day the store can sell the product that dont mean its not good passed the "best by date"

I don't understand how your grocery stores are so much cheaper in your area. Our Jimmy Dean sausage is $4.99 vs. your stores .99 cents! The prices in Florida are so much higher! The discount stores here don't sell very many good items and they are still more than your stores by a lot! Meat here is outrageous!

Unless you need something to have limited ingredients stay away from the Passover items. They aren't all that good because they don't have a lot of regular ingredients in them. So I'd skip the blueberry muffins!
