I wouldn’t normally comment on something like this, but please take everything the ‘Glucose Goddess’ says with a pinch of salt. There is no need to have a strict order in the way you eat your food. As long as you are eating a balanced diet most of the time, this really has little impact. If you are metabolically healthy (as in don’t have type 2 diabetes or are pre-diabetic) your body actually regulates your blood sugar quite well and while everyone has fluctuations in blood sugar levels these are minimal at best and again your body can take care of this pretty quickly most of the time. While you can experience low blood sugars when you don’t eat enough/ fuel yourself correctly , as a non-diabetic you are extremely unlikely to have a really high blood sugar level. Just to note I’m not a medical professional, this is just want I have learned through research and listening to Registered Dietitian’s and Doctors who I believe are an authority on the subject and while Jessie is a biochemist she is exaggerating some claims in her book. Love your Vlogs as usual Josie. Just giving my opinion 😊❤

Josie I do think the coat is quite big. If you want a light coloured coat then Mint Velvet have a gorgeous cream duster coat online. It’s has gold buttons and I love it but cannot wear light coats with kids! You’re like me, I was telling my friends today I’m addicted to buying coats and I need to join coats anonymous and admit my addiction. 😅

I'm hyperglycemic/ borderline diabetic, my father has Type 2 diabetes. Both of us actually implemented intermittent fasting and it has helped a lot with sugar levels.

I switched from oat milk to the plenish coconut milk. Was a little adjustment at first with the lack of sugar but now I really enjoy it. Could be another one to try in your smoothie if you’re looking to mix it up.

The book of Jessie on glucose is a very very good one ! full of tips, to low your sugar and give you more energy, i read also an'other one Toxique acide by David Pelmutter which is a good book too By the way Josie, did you ever try Skyr ? it 's very good. Everyday i have Oats, with fruits, strawberries etc... skyr and little bit of kefir, and crushed chia seeds in a mixer, as it 's better i heard to get their properties, and teaspoon of maple syrup, Thanks for the video Josie ♥
