TW: Meds Coming from someone who’s been on prescription meds for like 5 years, if you have issues taking your vitamin d or vitamins or any meds really, set an alarm. Same time everyday. If you take sleeping meds and have a specific time you need to wake up, have an alarm to take those meds 10 hours before you need to wake up so you have 1-2 hours of room to stay up late. The alarms are really helpful, I rarely miss a day of taking my meds. Even if I’m out past my alarm I still remember to take them. If you made it this far remember to take your meds/vitamins.
