So many good things,i loved the set of four mugs at the start and the Fortnum and Masons cheese pot and i would have bought the spotty jug. I had to smile at the emergency banana holder,i hope you got it :)

Miracle morning book.... this is such an uplifting, positive book for anyone feeling deflated or low and I really wanted you to buy the white hat - I can see you on your balcony garden enjoying a nice cool drink with that on in the sun :-D

Air up looks fab, Wow, your on the rounds! How many charity shops? Some of the furniture took me back to my childhood, Oh my Goodness! so many nice bits. The vintage Polaroid 📷. Love seeing what’s in your charity shops! When I used to work in one I used to get people trying to return things that had the label from another brand of charity shop attached. Sometimes people would try things on and get changed into the new outfit and steal it, leaving behind their old clothes and we even had someone use one of our changing rooms as a toilet.. I could write a book I reckon haha

Wow Luke, the prices in London charity shops are high🥴. Also I didn’t know you could return items, I always thought it was buy as seen. The lady arguing about returning an item over 28 days was really pushing her luck🥴

Plenty of emergency bananas behind you when you say down for a coffee! I spotted a couple of tops you’ve already shown us. One of the shops was really expensive - how do they justify those prices. I don’t return things to charity shops. I just re-donate them. So I have that in mind when I make the purchase.

Most enjoyable!! We have very few charity shops where I live. Called Thrift shops and most unlikely they would have Any returning items. Perhaps for larger items. Guess I'll just have to move to London to satisfy my cravings for this type of shopping!!

I've done a charity crawl before (like a pub crawl but minus the alcohol!!) but I've never been able to fit in 9 shops; that's impressive! The next time I do it I'll have to plan it so that the locations are relatively near each other and see if I can match you Mr Carrington. You looked like you were having so much fun and it reminded me of why I love a leisurely browse in the charity shops in the more upmarket parts of London especially on a sunny day; you can find some real gems if you're mindful of the pricing.

I GO TO THRIFT SHOPS ALL THE TIME.... IM A RETIRED INTERIOR DESIGNER 49 YRS AND I WOULD FIND THAT PERFECT PC... FOR THAT PERFECT SPACE... WE HAVE A HUGE !!! THRIFT STORE THAT ITS SO BIG THE DETONATORS...JUST DRIVE UP TO HUGE TRUCKS AND DROP OFF ITEMS ALL DAY LONG...LONG LINES AND ON THE INSIDE THEIR MUST BE 20 WOMAN AND MEN PUTTING NEW STUFF ON THE FLOOR WHILE YR TRYING TO SHOP🤭

Great video, I love wandering around charity shops and seeing shops that we don't have here in Brum. I saw a few things that I would have bought for myself including a piece of furniture. I loved the teak corner unit (you picked up a green/grey pot on it). I think you got your emergency banana pack, the pink candleholder - it would be a lovely present for your sister and you got some other bits.

I loved the 'Nathan' mid century corner unit (I have 2 matching pieces at home) and the Hornsea jar that was on it, but £35!!!? That would be a couple of ££s here in Derbyshire. I stayed in Hornsea for a week last year, and went to the pottery museum where they had examples of all their designs - now I'm obsessed 😊

I live just outside of London, but we are a main commuter town into London. Our prices are the same. One charity shop was selling a decorative biscuit tin that Tesco had sold at Chrsitmas...that was full of biscuits when originally bought. Price when new was £10. The charity shop were selling the EMPTY tin for £5! 😆🍪

That set of Disney glasses was very expensive for a charity shop...normal charity shop price would be about £5 to 7 not 15.Yes I do understand it's for charity, but that is just a bit too much.From an ex homeless person who still frequents her local charity shops.x x

Morning Mr C, some fabulous pieces in the charity shops from what I have seen on KZfaq, have yet to go any in person as none within walking distance. I think I would have had bags full of breakables, I am drawn to china, ceramics, vases, the list goes on, but never much in the way of clothing, but then maybe that’s just me. I do miss volunteering, the buttons from clothing that didn’t make the rails was a little perk. Did you know that some charity shops have whats known as rag bags, where items not fit for resale are bagged up and they get money per kilo for them. Can’t wait to see what you brought, take care and see you soon xx

Hi Mr. C! How interesting that a scent at the top of a water bottle can actual flavor the water. I guess the tap water is much safer in the UK than it is here. I myself wouldn't trust drinking the water out of the tap at home even if the water dept. says it's been treated. We use filtered pitchers to clean our tap water just in case. Your charity shops are much better & cleaner than our thrift shops here in the U.S. I like the aqua colored shorts you spotted, which I think would look nice on you for the summer or during holiday.
