I totally agree. $400 is not bad for the hours and length! There are braiders who are charging nearly $1000 for this style.

😍Another gorgeous style on you...Had my first (and last )micro braids in '99 when they first got popular. Had to travel to ATL and spent TWO DAYS sitting at that African lady's apartment, lol. The hair loss with takedown and the time are the main things keeping me from getting braids again. But I would love to try them again if they turned out like yours👏💯

These are gorgeous!! I don’t think I can sit in a chair that long though!! I’m glad you found someone around here that could do these. Last summer I called around and nobody knew how (then) so I’ve been going to Lawrenceville GA and getting them done for just a tab bit cheaper than you but half the time bc there will be like 2-3 people in my head.

What is the difference between the single drawn and double drawn? I've been getting braids for years and I'm not sure what that's about

They have this description on their page: Single Drawn: About 25% full-length sized hair + 75% short hair. Double Drawn: About 50% full-length sized hair + 50% short hair. Super Double Drawn: About 80% full-length sized hair + 20% short hair.
