hi everyone! have been missing for 2 weeks of posting as i had term assessments (1 week of exams😭) but i am currently having march hols right now so i will be posting more often! in this vlog, you guys will come with me to taekwondo training! as well as what i do after training. hope you enjoy this video and thanks for watching❤️

I wish there was more of an online community for taekwondo, I tend to get really passionate about it but I can't connect with people over it because most of the two dojangs I've practiced in are little kids and older adults. I love videos like these with people like me who enjoy the sport

If you really want to, you can start even if you're old. It may he hard to keep up w the young ones, but taekwando isn't just for athletic ability but also a state of mind. I experienced Taekwando back when I was just a kid, but I stopped due to my parents separating and being busy. 10 years later, I'm 19 now, and my sister also wants to start taekwando. Hopefully, by next week, we will attend our first practice.
