**hugss I'm so proud that you caught yourself falling into it again. Because I've been in a fucked up mental health phase too. But now one of my greatest strengths has been realizing that I'm close to experiencing it again if i don't address it immediately. I'm super grateful to have that amount of self awareness. It doesn't come easy, You have to have had suffered and then healed to learn to see it coming. One ultimate practice that helps me keep my mental health in check is having a simple, less energy consuming routine and pushing myself to follow it. Having a routine as simple as brushing your teeth twice, folding laundry, drinking 4L of water and light physical movement could do wonders. Out of all the above, sleep schedule is so fucking important. you don't have to wake up early, but just going to sleep at the same time as everyday, advisably before 11 PM would be perfect. I didn't want come across as advising you but since you felt safe sharing your stuff here, I thought I might share mine. I don't know if I'm making any sense but I'll be glad if I did :)

Sathya last year July 17 i stood in front of my mirror being unhappy mentally and physically it was my birthday yet i was depressed with self hate. That day i immediately changed my mindset to be better its going to be a year soon I'm proud to tell you i have lost over 30kgs and build muscle in gym. The moment i started to take care of my body my mind and the environment around me changed, Im saying to this if i can figure out and do this, you can to!!
