She happens to be coming to Jacksonville, Fl in next couple weeks from what I heard thru K-Love 90.9FM radio station - thought this would be nice to go to with a friend; so I thought I could introduce my friend to Chonda by letting her listen to some KZfaq videos - that's when I found this video, which I really enjoyed and especially the very beginning when she traveled to Bogota Colombia of all places - Wow, years ago I lived in Bogota Colombia for 3 whole years -and I loved it there!

No matter how bad my life gets I can plan on God working through Chonda to put a huge smile on my face & make me laugh so hard I'm close to falling off my couch Thanks to Chonda for all the years of Laughter for it is the best medicine of all 🙂

Many of us I know have struggled or are struggling with demons either current or past and Chonda is a testament that with God all things are possible. Thank You so much for your ministry Chonda.

I just want you to know you saved my life with your depression story...I too lost my hubby Early I was only 38...lately I thought I was losing my mind I'm going through menopause and I've had so much abuse in my life! I loved this beautiful story it touches my ❤ I've been homeless before and I know this pain too...compassion its truly the only thing that has gotten me through! You are amazing and you bought me back from the brink...I love your heart for people and God...just wanted you too know how amazing you are!!! Yes you did it right! It was worth it!

I loved the comment about your husband only getting saved only once. I was raised Nazarene and always felt that the preacher meant me when he said there is someone here that needs the Lord. I have actually had them come to my seat, because I loved bling as much as possible in the Nazarene Church. My husband asked me why I went, and I honestly thought he knew something I didn't. He has been very critical of me but that night he said Pam you have been saved you have given him your all what else can you do? He made such a valid point. I have shared that joke with several Nazarenes, they didn't get it. I would tell them this is my favorite joke from you. They would give a little laugh and that would then sit there looking at me.

My mother has a nativity set that she got at a garage sale. It did not come with a Joseph so Mary has been a single mother for several years. Occasionally a shepherd will step in. Somehow the set aquired an old world Santa, he fills in for the wise men on occasion. We also have a figurine of a wolf and Hello Kitty who join the animals around the manger.

Just go down to West Virginia to the coal mine counties that have closed up... and you will see poor people living in cardboard homes and in old train box cars.... they can't get welfare cus. they ain't got no address... Yes there are third world countries that are very poor... BUT why not help our own people first???? I just saying!!!! charity used to start at home and it should still start here ....
