This is a gaming reference. Health is usually 100 in games and reduces with gunshots received. But headshots (Bullet to head) usually instantly kill. Whereas body shots take more bullets to kill. This situation was a metaphor for Person A with 1 health (almost on brink of death) hit Person B (full health) with body shots and managed to kill and survived to see another day. If the person B turned back and shot even once, the 1 HP person A would have died.

Bhayender is a very un glamorous run down subarb of Mumbai and trains are very crowded..so it was not a leisure travell.. but boring saily routine..and that she gave as an answer when he asked actually about the vacation travel..In India finance people are viewed as having very horrible life..(though they earn descent they are thought as people usually fagged out due to high stress and overwork
