Facts!! I have cousin who dated a sweet girl- she was so nice, Her & and I would hang out sometimes... He dogged the hell out of her... Fast forward- his now baby mama puts him through so much drama , toxic, called the cops on him, had her brothers try to hurt him, she cusses out his mama, pulled a gun on his current pregnant girlfriend( She is now his wife.🙄)lied on him to the courts & now he can't go near his kids....It's a complete hot mess.. ...The sad part is that I actually think he enjoys this foolishness 🙄🙄

Me either. When I was 18, I went to a welding school after high school. 2 of the guys, who registered us, 1 guy was black and the other was white on the day I registered. The black guy did me. So when I started, one of the other black woman who also took the wedding class, she was older then me, by 9 years. By the way I am black. But this particular woman, worked on the block downtown at the strip club. So, the white guy who worked there, asked me could he take me home since he was on his way to lunch,” I told him no.” Then he said,” well could I take you to the bus stop,” I said,” well ok, only because it was 90 degrees outside.” This man asked me,” could he fix me dinner at his place.” 🤨I wasn’t impressed, but I did answer right, but my answer was going to be no anyway. He just kept running his mouth. Then he said,” have you ever dated a white man before?” I sad no, I really wanted to see where he was going with this. Then he said, I like black women better than white women. Like that was going to make say,” oh yeah.”🤨 Then he said I had Kathy, over my house this weekend pass. Now Kathy was the stripper, that’s not my thing, it’s disgusting plus she was a prostitute too. And how I know, the guys at the school been to that strip club and they where talking about her. So back to the white guy, he said when she took off her shoes and her clothes her feet stink. 😳 When he said that, I had a Roots slave master flash back and I told him no, I’m not coming over your house and I don’t date white men. Then he said could we be friends, I said no. This white man had the audacity to talk about a sister to a sister!! Ah heck no, I didn’t like Kathy’s life style, but what he wasn’t going to do is put another black woman down and think I’m going to join in on that with him!!! I didn’t know her like that, but as long as our skin was black, she’s my sister. And the next day, I told the black guys how knew about Kathy and they were like big brothers, they let his tail know, not to bother non of the black ladies going to that school while we were there. Now that’s black love and looking out for community and the best thing about that we didn’t know each other. But those brothers made sure we were ok. Even the black guy who registered me got on him too. Wow!

I kniw its cliche, but Black people are not a Monolith....Black people in places like Chicago have different perspectives than Black people in Houston Texas....Blacks in higher education and college think and have different values from others in the inner cities! Slaves were taken/sold from the Igbo, Yoruba, Asante, Togo, etc. A lot of those tribes didn't get along in the Motherland, so why would they all get along some 400 years later and 8,000 miles away?
